Giancarlo and Lanfranco Toschi have created this family business in 1945 in Modena, and the Modena balsamic vinegar is one of their key products. Recognized in 2009 by the EU as a protected origin product, the Modena AcetoBalsamico is created with a mix of concentrated grapes juice decayed for more that 10 years. The micro-climate in the Modena hills, the attentively selected ingredients and the ageing in Slavonia oak barrels offer its unrivalled aroma.
