Giancarlo and Lanfranco Toschi have created this family business in 1945, in Modena. Their key products were at the time the famous Vignola cherries, preserved in alcohol, thus perfect for year round consumption. In the following 5 years, the business became more diverse and Toschi now also offers syrups, toppings and other products for bakeries and confectioneries.
