Giancarlo and Lanfranco Toschi have created this family business in 1945 in Modena, and the Modena balsamic vinegar is one of their key products. Recognized in 2009 by the EU as a protected origin product, the Modena AcetoBalsamico is created with a mix of concentrated grapes juice decayed for more that 10 years. The micro-climate in the Modena hills, the attentively selected ingredients and the ageing in Slavonia oak barrels offer its unrivalled aroma.

The Toschi Variety

The Toschi balsamic vinegar is available in Romania in the following varieties: 500 ml, 1L, 5L.

Gemma Nera, the noble balsamic vinegar, obtained from grapes juice 100%, is a refined, concentrated product, with a sweet taste. Presented in an elegant 250 ml bottle, Gemma Nera has various uses: cheese plates decoration, salads, meat and fish sauces.
