The product is obtained through a special process where concentrated and/or boiled Grape must, Vinegar aged to at least 10 years, and Wine Vinegar are mixed. The product is then matured in Slavonic oak barrels for a period lasting a minimum of 2 months or up to 3 years or more. The carefully selected raw materials and the maturation period in wood ensure a product that is unique and matchless.
The result is a condiment and ingredient which is a real sensory experience. A scent decided strongly characterized and recognizable, a dark intense brilliance, accompanied by a full-bodied and persistent on the palate.
The line boasts the Protected Geographical Indication mark, which guarantees the quality of the raw materials and the manufacturing process.
